Crystal J. Miller’s journey in senior living began in 2009 when she became an owner of three assisted living communities.

Stepping into the Executive Director role in 2010, she quickly established herself as a leader in the field. In 2021, she formed Frontida Management Group, now managing six communities across Wisconsin.

A dedicated advocate for aging services and community development, Crystal has served on numerous boards, including the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association and the Boys & Girls Club of Kenosha.

Her leadership has earned her multiple awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year and Fast Five recognition.

Passionate about building trust and fostering care-driven communities, Crystal continues to shape the future of senior living in Wisconsin.
